For a lighter dessert, try a parfait with layers of crushed graham crackers, Greek vanilla yogurt -- which has a nice, thick texture -- and blueberries. Make a cheesecake-like topping for blueberries by mixing yogurt with light whipping cream and brown sugar. Even with thecream, you'll get half the calories and fat. You’ll also cut the calories and fat in half if you replace half of the cream cheese in a regular cheesecake with plain yogurt. Give the yogurt a cheese-like consistency by letting its fluid drain in a food strainer lined with paper towels.
